- Open the downloaded file and drag Bagpipper into your Applications folder.
- Open it from Applications. The first time, macOS may say it cannot check the app: choose Done, then open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.
- Sign in with your Viremail account. That is it.
On Windows, run the installer; if SmartScreen asks, choose More info, then Run anyway. On Linux, install the .deb, or make the AppImage executable and open it.

This build is not yet signed with an Apple Developer ID, so it cannot update itself. Bagpipper tells you when a new version is out, and you install it from this page.
